3-クロロ-PCP（英：3-Chloro-PCP（3'-Cl-PCP））は、解離作用を有するアリールシクロヘキシルアミン系娯楽用デザイナードラッグである。フェンシクリジンと同等の効力を持つが、作用特性はわずかに異なり^[1]、NMDA アンタゴニストとしての作用はより強力であるが、ドーパミン再取り込み阻害薬としての作用はほぼ同等の効力である^[2]。2020年12月にスロベニアで初めて確認され^[3]、2021年4月にハンガリーで違法になった^[4]。
