オゴウェ・エ・デ・ラック県（フランス語: Departement de l'Ogooué et des Lacs）は、ガボン・モワイエン＝オゴウェ州の県[1]。1975年12月18日設置[2]。

面積9,076km2、人口54,346人（2013年国勢調査[3]）。県都はランバレネで、州都も兼ねている。

下位区画

7つのカントン（郡）と1つのコミューン（基礎自治体）から成る。またコミューンは1993年10月4日に下位区画として行政区（Arrondissement）が設置された[4]。
