ハフニア科（ハフニアか、Hafniaceae）とは、真正細菌の腸内細菌目の科の一つである。

特徴

カタラーゼ陽性、オキシダーゼ陰性、及びリシン脱炭酸酵素陰性である。また、マッコンキー寒天培地で増殖可能であり、硝酸塩を還元する能力を持つ[1]。本科の細菌は、表1に列挙したタンパク質に見られる保存されたシグネチャーインデル（挿入・欠失）によって、他のすべての細菌と区別することができる。
